IMPORTANT EMAIL COMMUNICATION - Tuesday, September 25, 2018

Hello Bethany,

The Fall Fair is two weeks and four days away. It’s all hands-on-deck time!

The last minute *HELP* list is detailed below. Please take a moment to read it.

The big push now is for:

· FOOD donations

· Pricing, arranging, and displaying the week of the fair. (Please visit the sign-up sheet.)

This is lots of fun. Drop by and join in the work for a few hours. You’ll enjoy it.

· Selling on the day of the fair

This year we are holding a Raffle in conjunction with the Fall Fair.

Watch for tickets and details coming to coffee hour soon.

Volunteer shopping will be available on Friday evening before the fair. All volunteer workers will have a chance to shop then as they may be too busy the day of the fair. I hope you will all understand this can be extended only to volunteers and not their family members or friends.

If you have an opportunity to pass on information about Bethany’s 15th Annual Fall Fair to any potential shoppers, please do. Word of mouth advertising is effective.

Many thanks for everyone’s help and support, through donating and volunteering. It is each one of you who makes the Fall Fair such a popular and profitable event.

Good Luck Bethany, and have lots of fun selling, shopping!
