The Board of Managers (BOM) is undertaking a pilot project.

 Our church is used by a variety of community groups during the day and in the evenings. Some groups, such as the baton twirling group, art group, pickleball players, and Welcome Group (AA), use the facility on a weekly basis. There are also occasions where the church is approached for a special one-time event, such as a concert. These rentals provide revenue to support the church.

The BOM is looking for an individual to collaborate with them to coordinate all aspects of facility rentals. This would be on a contract basis, at an hourly rate, (estimate 5-10 hours a month) for an initial six-month period.
